FAQ
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Customers keep using Telegram, email, or the chat bubble on your website exactly as they do today. Araraa sits on your side of the conversation: your team answers from one web workspace.
Does Araraa work with bots or real accounts?
Real accounts. Araraa connects through genuine Telegram user sessions, so existing chat history, groups, channels, media, and reactions all keep working.
How do my agents sign in?
Agents sign into Araraa with their own email and password. They never log into Telegram itself and never see the account credentials. Every reply is attributed to the agent who sent it.
What happens to chat history when we connect an account?
History starts syncing as soon as an account is connected, so conversations arrive with their context. Nothing is posted or changed on Telegram during sync.
Can I run more than one business or client in Araraa?
Yes. Araraa is multi-tenant: each organization is a fully isolated workspace with its own accounts, team, roles, plan, and data. Agencies can run a workspace per client.
How do tickets work for customers?
You raise a ticket from any message. The customer is sent their ticket number, the announcement is pinned in their chat until the ticket closes, and they can send the number (like #1234) at any time to get its status.
Can Araraa staff read our messages?
Not in normal operation. Platform operators see organizations, plans, and usage, never message content. The one exception is a support session you can see: it lasts 30 minutes, shows a visible banner, and is recorded in your own audit log with who started it and why.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed per organization, monthly or yearly, and you can request an upgrade from inside the app. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
Which channels does Araraa support?
Telegram, email, and a live-chat widget for your website are live today, all sharing the same inbox, tickets, and reports. Email works with any IMAP/SMTP mailbox, including Gmail, iCloud, and Outlook. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger are planned next.
