Terms of Service

Araraa is a shared inbox for teams: you connect your own Telegram accounts, mailboxes and website chat, and your team answers from one place. These terms cover using it.

Who we are

Your account

  • You need an account to use Araraa, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself.
  • A workspace admin can invite, restrict and remove teammates, and can see what the workspace's connected accounts receive.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and using Araraa for anything illegal ends the account.

The accounts you connect

  • Connecting a Telegram account authorises Araraa to read and send messages as that account, on your instruction. Disconnecting it ends that authorisation.
  • You confirm you are entitled to connect each account and mailbox, and to process the messages in them.
  • Telegram, your email provider and any other network you connect have their own terms. We cannot override them, and a change on their side may change what Araraa can do.

Paying

  • Plans, prices and limits are shown before you buy. Paid plans renew for the period you chose unless cancelled.
  • Codes and lifetime deals grant exactly what they say. "Lifetime" means for as long as Araraa operates this service.
  • We may change prices for future periods, never retroactively for one already paid.

Fair use

  • Do not use Araraa to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to break the rules of a connected network. Doing so risks the connected account, not just this one.
  • Do not attempt to reach another workspace's data, probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first, or resell the service as your own without a written agreement.

Ending it

  • You can stop at any time from Settings. Deleting a workspace removes its data.
  • We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or that goes unpaid, and will tell you why.

The necessary small print

  • Araraa is provided as it is. We work hard on uptime and backups, but we do not promise the service will never be interrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and disputes go to its courts.
